Scrolling Lags Again

Well I ran into the scrolling problem again and still can't figure out why and this time I'm uploading an example so maybe one of you can figure out why the scrolling is lagging. For some reason the FPS just drops when it scrolls. It doesn't have to do with all the active objects on the screen I haven't cleared out yet, I tried deleting them already. You'll have to extract all the files first before it'll work properly otherwise the test level won't load at all.

OK, 3 things:
1. Where can I get the ID3 Tags object?
2. Do you use any fading effects? and, if not,
3. In the display properties of your application try using the mode "DirectX + VRAM" and see if that helps.

Here's the ID3 object. You're going to have to copy the DLL included in it to the Windows folder for it to work.
