Create Life Virtual game.

Hi all,
I am sorry for my ignorance but I am thinking in buying Multimedia Fusion 2 to create a Life Virtual Game. I know that it is very complex project but as I am new in this topic, I would like to know if it is possible make it with Multimedia Fusion 2 or MF2 Developer, for that reason, Could anybody advice me? Is there any similar tutorial to see it?

You'll find MMF2 can be used to make almost any game..

However can you be specific, what exactly will this game look like and how will it work?

Hope you can understand me.
I am thinking the following,
The game would has 2 or 4 characters and the user should choose one of this and then, this one would walk through the Scenario and could go to the market or the cinema etc.
Do you know if it is possible?

Sure, it's possible. But you shouldn't start with such a complex program if you're new at MMF...

Well, I'm "clicking" for about 10 years now and I think the very most ideas are possible with MMF BUT it definitely depends from your experience. MMF has its own character...

Your first fault is to ask for a tutorial for this kind of topic. You have to learn the basics, handle with values and strings, programming some small games and applications and so on. And then you'll see how the background of a game works and you'll get ideas to split your big program in small pieces. Then you're able to figure out how you have to code your game. For specific questions this forum is a good choice but if you don't have a clue at all you will never finish a complex game. So don't waste your time!

I've made a few 'life" games in the past... like Conway's Game of life, a few that acted like the solar robots (photvores), one that was basically spaceships that had different vision types and was playing around with one that's sorta like that awesome "Flow" game... I'll try to track down the source files...

The Conwaylife games used to slow down pretty quickly...
