Minimize other Windows

I'm using the kernel object to minimze a window. I'm using the Process explorer to get the ID of window I just need to know the Codes to expand minimize etc.. Can anyone help?

Will this change say the explorer.exe window and not the MMF made app?

First of all, you need to select a window. There are a lot of methods to do that. The process viewer will give you a process ID, but you need a window ID. It's useless in this case.
