    Ok yes thats it exactly.

    One change could do you lots of good: if you are using the arrow keys or others to move your object, use "Repeat while a key is pressed" instead of directions.

    EDIT: shoot this still doesn't solve your problem, try adding the same thing again with "Stopped" instead of "Is facing a direction"

    Maybe I'm over thinking something here. But I think I'm getting close.

    Group.Good are the moving platforms and whatever is between them. and Vel X is an alterable Value of the player I named.
    I don't know if there's actually a difference between these. One uses x left & x right for the moving platforms. The other one is just standing on moving platforms in general. One may fix a moving glitch I'm not sure.

    Oh boy, thats a lot of ORs. Maybe you should use seperate events

    That wouldn't make the problem, though...

    Maybe you could instead test for changes in x, instead of using so many statements. This is seeming a lot harder than I thought...

    Well, I am making a fan game based on the NES era. So of course it's going to be hard!

    Also, whats wrong with using a lot of OR's? Does it overload or something? This isn't the only event that I am using a lot of OR's. I have another one which is even longer. I use a lot of OR's to condense the # of times the exact same events activated/happen.
