    360 Degree Movement with Walls?

I have a good 360 Degree Movement in my game but I wanted to add walls to restrict to player with obstacles and junk and guess what, it didn't work for some reason, I tried making it give an equal push on the player if he tried to walk into the wall and he got completely stuck on the edge of the wall, I tried giving him a bigger push and he can turn around and then walk through the wall backwards by holding the forwards key.

I aks thou... How is it done properly?

Hi. A good way for this kind of movement would be handling X and Y separately. I know that you have the OpenGL object, have a look at the 3D Maze example - it shows how to push the player out of walls for X and Y separately.

Thanks dude, that's exactly what I wanted to do with my movement and now it works perfectly.
