Upgrade Discount Request - Not working?

I have Multimedia Fusion 1.5, and after I noticed the upgrade form at the address below, I figured I could try and fill it out and see if I can get a discount for MMF2.

I filled out this form and sent it over a week ago. I typed in my e-mail address properly and gave the correct serial number, but I still haven't gotten a response back even though the form says it only takes about 24 hours. I checked my spam folder and inbox on a daily basis as well, but still, nothing.

I use AOL Mail for my e-mail address. Does the request form have known problems with this service? In any case, should I just try filling it out again?
