Background graphics disappearing!?

So I'm working on something new, and I don't have a lot of objects in the frame and have upped the object limit, etc. But my background graphics KEEP disappearing in certain spots when the player stops moving but reappear while the player moves.

I know if I deactivate the frame transitions this fixes the problem but I really want those frame fades in there or it just makes it seem unprofessional.

It usually happens in the grassy area at the 3rd tree, sometimes the stairs disappear and the last statue sometimes goes awry. Any ideas as to what is causing this?

I'm using build 248 non-hwa. When I made my last CV game it had WAY more background and active objects in the same build and didn't glitch and had frame transitions. What gives...

Nevermind, figured it out. One of the active's fade in was causing it to glitch, the frame fade in works fine.
