Making background scroll?

Hey mojo, nice example.

The controls are exactly what I was going for. But for some reason when I try to edit and adapt the example it won't allow me to put the screensize back to 1920x1080... no matter how many places I change the screensize it just forces this little window where I can barely see anything.

I wonder what could be causing that?

Figured out the resize issue, but now the background stopped scrolling completely and the character eventually just runs off the screen, lol.
