    Qualifiers

Is it possible to toggle a qualifier on/off at runtime? Is it possible to rename qualifiers?

    Re: Qualifiers

    You cannot rename qualifiers.

You could set aside a flag for each object in the qualifier and toggle that on off. Then whenever you check a qualifier, also check the flag to ensure you want that object to be included.

    Re: Qualifiers

It's really too bad you cannot rename qualifiers, it's such a simple task, I thought it would be available.

    Re: Qualifiers

Why do you need to rename qualifiers? If you're using the old qualifiers list, just make/insert a comment in the events of each of the qualifiers you are using, and name them in your comments.

    Re: Qualifiers

While that's fine for a workaround, being able to create and name your own qualifiers should still be an available feature, in my opinion.

    Re: Qualifiers

I agree, it can get quite bothersome trying to remember which qualifier was used for what & i've been given trouble on at least one occassion because of it - Sure would be nice to see such a feature given consideration in the future.

    Re: Qualifiers

Yeah that's a great idea for a workaround, but in my opinion just renaming them would be easier.

    Re: Qualifiers

Often times, I just use the numerical qualifiers. Though I kinda wish you can rename qualifiers anyway.

Yeah I agree. I want to be able to tell at a glance what a certain qualifier is for without having to scroll up to a comment I have somewhere.
