Do you meant making screenshot of your game?
Simply press Print Screen on your keyboard then open your Paint program, click Edit > Paste.

Yes, it's also worth mentioning that Alt+Print Screen captures only the active window.

Oh - I think I know what you mean now - do you want to change the icon the EXE is displayed as?

It should be under "Icon" somewhere in the application properties - note that you'll have different tabs for different sizes of icon, so you have to change them all.

Application properties-->About-->Icon-->Edit
