Help making Text Blitter do dialogue with a String

So, Since Java won't support Lists or the string parser, I was trying to find an example of making a Text Blitter get dialogue from either a String object or from itself. Can anyone point me to any examples?

    Thanks in advance,

    Mobichan

You could add numerous paragraphs to the string object, and when you want the text blitter to change the displayed text, choose one of the paragraphs.

Re: Help making Text Blitter do dialogue with a String

Haha I was wondering what the help file meant by using multiple paragraphs and then I just noticed that you can add paragraphs. Thanks for the tip. ^_^

Any idea if this sort of approach is possible using only the text blitter? I mean if I embed all of the dialogue in a blitter, can it be coded to only type out one line at a time every time a button is pressed?
