IC - Exclude files in hidden directories

I use SVN to for my files. Its plenty of files to keep track of the real files, but they are all in hidden directories.They show up in the file list and 2-3 times more than the install files.
It should be nice with a checkbox to exclude all this files. Just like the chekbox to include subdirectories, a checkbox to exclude files in hidden directories. Is it a possible desire? It should save time and make the real install files more visible.

In IC3 there will be an option to exclude file types.
