Background/Active System Box - Rounded Borders?

How can I get system themed rounded borders in my application like the ones higlighted (not darkened) in this picture?

    http://www.LB-Stuff.com/MMF2/RoundedBorder.png

It's be really great to know how to do this, because this would make my app look a lot nicer.

    Thanks!

I don't think there is a way, but it would be really cool.

Fake the effect with images and 9-Slice object -

Downside is if you base it around system graphics and your giving to others then maybe it would not look right on some computers if you did this.

What about in Gwerdy Chat? When you log in, it's in there lke that. I can do it with the Dialogue Box Object, but I want to be able to to do it in my main app window too like in Gwerdy chat.

Use your own sprites and put them in the background? (Fake it?)
