    RayCasting extension help

Hi,this is my first post here, and I'd like some help with the raycasting extension I just bought.

    First of all:

Why is it so excruciatingly difficult to use? I added the object to my window, made a map with a texture, loaded the map and texture, and ran the frame, but all I got was two colored boxes on the screen.

Second of all, I can't create movement. There are no events for the object which rotate the camera by a certain amount or move the camera forward a certain distance (using a standard number). You have to calculate it yourself according to the tutorials. You also have to create a player object who's coordinates you edit, what's that? What are all these weird little arrows?

I have to render the walls? Why doesn't the extension do it by itself? Why is it a skeleton that I have to fill?
Finally, I clicked the help button for the extension, and nothing happened.

Needless to say, I was outraged when I saw how hard it would be to make even a simple game with this object. It took 9 months and lots of cash to make this? Tne again... What did I expect for $8.99 US.

If anybody has any REAL tutorials that show you step by step how to use this object, and use each feature, let me know. Thank you.

What do expect? Do you think that extensions do everything for you without any effort on your part?

    Re: RayCasting extension help

Well considering your only 2 posts have been this thread, your just being silly.
MMF is already a huge step forward in making your own game, it cuts out all the graphics and input routines that you would have to otherwise code yourself, you just need to focus on making graphics and coding a decent engine.
If you are expecting a complete game engine already done for you, then you should think again. Be prepared to learn and you will find that it is alot easier than you think
