Re: MMF2 & Clickteam Software is tempermental

LB what are the specs of your computer maybe the answer is there, people with no problems can compare specs to your's and that might tell the problem.

Every year since I've used MMF 1.0 [KNP and TGF never really ever crashed on me...] I've either upgraded ram in my computer or upgraded to a more powerful computer and O.S. altogether, and I've had less and less crashes and weird behaviors until present day with a [color:#CC0000]new Computer Dual Core Processor and Windows Vista Service Pack 1 with 3 GB of Ram and a GeForce 8 series graphics card I have ->NEVER<- had MMF 2 crash since those specs I just wrote...[/color]

We already have anti-spyware and anti-virus software.

What specs should I post? EG the ones in My Computer's properties, some other specs from somewhere else, ?

I don't think computer specs matter. As I stated earlier, I am running MMF2 for testing on Win98, 486, 333mhz. It runs fine, although slow.

We bought in the UK when we lived there. Brought the pieces back when we came to the US and reassembled it in another box. It is a MMX.

    A lot of memories...

Re: MMF2 & Clickteam Software is tempermental

If it is 333MHz, it will be a Pentium II, not a 486. The fastest 486 was only 100 MHz, and "MMX" was a Pentium thing anyhow.

Thank you Dynasoft. It is a 333 mmx 486 based unit.
