Which one Do i Buy

Since I am going to be focusing on casual puzzle games to submit to sites, which one is the one to buy? GF2 or MMF2?

As long as it has the ability to do the game then that would be the one I would want. Yes I am hoping it is the cheaper of the three, but you don't always get what you want

MMF2 gets you extensions and a much more favourable licensing agreement (no forced splash screen, just have to put the "Fuelled by Fusion" logo somewhere).

TGF2 is cheaper, and you can buy an upgrade to MMF2 later.

EDIT: If you are submitting to websites, you might be interested in the flash runtime, which works with both TGF2 and MMF2.

If by submit to sites you mean selling them via websites then you would probably want to get MMF2 dev. As Dynasoft says the flash plugin would be another option also.

If you just want to make free games then you would probably just want to use MMF standard, i would recommend either MMF standard or dev though because you then can use many extensions which make a lot of things simpler to do.
