Anyways, it is a general setup screen. It works with Flash (being one frame).

Instructions:
Copy the "Online Setup" layer (and all objects) to your game. Put the layer on top of any other layers in your game. Put your code in a group (right click, insert > Group) and deactivate it. Add the "Online Setup" Group to the game and change the code indicated in red comments accordingly. Done!
