Rough font in box

Hello

I want to make some textboxes with words in them in MF2. They are supposed to be falling. Tried to create an Active Object - Edit it - removed the diamondshaped default object - created a rectangle - filled it with a color and added some text.
However the text font looks pretty rough - even when zoomed out - and not in the middle of the box.
Any way to smoothen the font(Comic Sans) and to center it automatically?
NB : I wanted to add a picture of the problem. How do you attach a picture to a post ? It seems that you can only add a link.
