maybe a dumb thing to ask, but just brainstorming, would i be able to create a password system for a castlevania fan game im making? i thought about the save/load system but thought the password brings all the old school nostalgia to it. basically make a sub app or new frame in the main menu for passwords, then maybe an ini file or something that says when ax holywater cross bone etc = stage 3? i havent had a chance to test this out yet but thought i would throw this out there and see what feedback i got. if i have any progress with this i will post an example. Thanks!

Keep the good things about old games, not the bad ones.
The password system is bad.
