    Enemy Question

    I have a game like the old "Asteroids" from the 70s - My ship is in the middle of the screen and moves around...

    Question: How do I make an Enemy who will follow my ship around? Like a heat-seeking missile.

    use "active object" properties \movement \ change static for bouncing ball
    and get it to look at players ship in event editor

    Thanks bubba_damage!

    I have one more challenge for you. Do you know a way to give the enemy a "bungee" like movement? Such as, the enemy is going to fast and over shoots the player then slows down and has to redirect back toward the player? Kind of like a rubber-band effect.

    heres a very basic example using the pinball movement and overlay redux object, but i havnt figured the swing movement someone else can help with that, and the overlay redux transperancy i havnt figured out so i couldnt see a backdrop in background.

    still there is a problem with speed of the ememy as its getting closer to the player but i hope someone can iron that out for ya. but it works though
