    Mooclick Compatibility

Just a question. I have looked over many of the tutorials involving mooclick to find that they require a COMPUTER to host a session. Is it possible to rig mooclick with my webserver so people are drawing information to and fro from it?

If it's just an FTP server, then no. You need a dedicated server, or you can use some of the public ones.
But you can use the Get Object to connect with PHP files on your webserver and get data from them into your MMF application.

I think I will try to stick with your second option. Now I just need to start ruffling through the tutorials to get to work.

I'm so new to messing with PHP in my games. We shall see how it goes.

You should leave mooclick and start using lacewing.

It won't change anything in this case. You can't run a server application using only an FTP server, either it's MooClick or Lacewing or anything else.

    Hi Pasiunia,

Your offer was too generous and I could not resist the temptation. I have sent a file which expresses a problem I have. The intention is to register a user through a dialog box. How would you suggest a php script that registers the user?

Sorry, but I don't have the DialogBox extension and I can't seem to find it anywhere. Could you please upload it along with the MFA?

Ouch... I won't be able to help then, since I only have MMF2 Standard...
