Waveform of WMA/MP3 files

Hello all, is there a way to get the waveform of WMA and/or MP3 files? My goal is to display the levels as it occurs, like the media player vizualizations.

Another possibility is to look at all audio going out of my computer instead of playing it from MMF2. Either works.

So I'd like to know my choices and how possible this would be.

Hmm, well, Onu has visuallization support, but I don't think it supports what you want..

As far as I checked, it doesn't. If someone can find me a way to make ONU support WMA and/or MP3 files, then all will be well.
