Really Nooby Question

Yes, the name says it all. But here it is. As I try to animate an object, I would simply flip the picture to change directions (spaceship type game), and when I do this, I tested the game. Whenever you change directions, the ship 'teleports' around the screen.

Anyone know how to fix this issue?

Make sure the hotspots for your animations are all in the same place.

If the hot spot is in the top left, then it will be in the top right when flipped. Thus the ship will seem to 'flip around it'. Just make sure the hot spot is in the center all the time.
