No matter what I do, this crashes when run by MMF2

All you have to do is press Run Application. It crashes instantly. I tried adding never to all the events, but that didn't help. What is strange is that if I delete all events, it doesn't crash. But, it doesn't do anything else, which is of course not desireable. I have this set to build as flash which is why I am posting this here.

What is crashing it, why, and what can I do to stop it until it is fixed?

Its the action to set the text to Bold in the qualifier group of strings.

Either a thing that needs to be corrected or removed so you can't select it when you make a SWF

Something is off with the strings. It is the set bold actions that crash. Any action for the strings will make the game crash. Even if they isn't active, just that you have them there will crash the game. Dunno why, though

OK, I had a look at your program. It seems that you have done something that is not at all thought about in MMF : you have first set the qualifier to an active object, then entered the set bold actions and overlapping conditions, then changed the qualifier to be a text.
This will sure crash MMF2. And will be hard to correct.
If you have done another method, then please tell me.
To correct your problem, erase the overlapping/set bold events, and reenter them. I checked, it worked.

Huh, I just directly set the qualifier to the text, nothing else. That was the only qualifier I did. Thanks for thie info, I don't remember what I might have done, I think it could have been something but I am not sure.

    Thanks!
