    Hi, Colren.

Is the problem the same as this?

That is as far away as you can get from the bug. This is the way MMF3 is designed. If there is an event to create the object, even if it is Never, then it will keep the object there. All you need to do is delete the event...
This is incorrect, actually. When I tried it, I thought it would work, but the object still existed even after all the events were deleted.

I beg to differ. I created an object, did start of frame: create object, then deleted the object. It remeained. Then I deleted the create event and, without warning, the object dissapeared.

I have objects in my app that still don't vanish when you do the above procedure.

Did they exist before you did the above procedure?

This doesn't seem to happen with my MMF.

As far as I know, this is not a bug but a feature. I find it very useful actually. It's been like this since TGF, maybe before then even.

    Re: Objects you cannot delete

Events that create an object will keep the object in the app even if all instances are deleted. After that you have to delete the event. This ios indeed a feature.

HOWEVER, there is a bug that the obejct stays in the app, but not in the event editor. THIS is the bug we are discussing.

    @ LB
Yes, those objects have been there since a long time ago.
and yes, you sum up the problem really well in your last post.

Perhaps a Shift+Delete action that nukes any object into oblivion immediately, without waiting for any further conditions to be met (such as open/save), would be the solution.
