disappering animation not playing

hi i am having trouble the animation is not playing.

ok first some detail. i have a game engine core which i copyed into a new app.

i added my new charcters and selected the old ones and did replace with another object everything whent fine all the data was set to the new charcter, with the exception of the disappering animation it wont play.

It shows the first frame?? if i delete the anim the destoy action completes.

Is this common or a bug??

Did you make sure the dissapearing animations has the sam settings, like speed and all? Are there any events interfereing with the animations when it is set to be destroyed?

no the new animation is longer but at the same speed.
I have all this in a testing area i might try just setting up the orig in a seperate app with just the charcters to see before i go to the line below.

im thinking of retyping it based on the orig code.
