None of the newer extensions will load anymore!!!

For some reason my original mmf2d.exe file got deleted, so I reinstalled the whole thing and then when I checked the mmf2d folder, and to my suprise everything else that wasn't already installed with my first installment of the game maker was still there, but then when I tried opening one of my game documents, the extensions that weren't already there with my first installment of the game, would cause mmf2d to say [insert name of extension here] failed to load, I tried deleting and reinstalling the extensions, but they still won't work. So if you know what's going wrong please help me out with comments below.
