Order Wait?

How long does it usually take to get the download for the flash plugin, i ordered earlier and got a confirmation thing but i have yet to get the download info.

I read it is a download but why is there no news back yet, paypal payments go through fast but it has been a few hours now so i am wondering if this usually takes a while for the order to process?

The orders are processed manually, so it depends when whoever is processing orders from your country comes online.

Ok thanks, will i get a email sent to me or something after they have processed it?

I ask because the store needs postal stuff etc but hopefully it's not sent by post. The store could maybe do with a nicer script for this so you just use the paypal directly for digital products as that is probably not needed and a customer login also for when ordering again so you don't have to keep entering the details if it was something sent by post.

It's not sent by post, no. The store is very outdated - it's getting replaced soon.

It's also good to hear the store is getting a update. I notice it doesn't have the Klikdisc issues in the store, that would be another good thing to have.

I believe the new store will also collect address data as it is used in the payment processing to detect stolen credit cards and such.
