Line draw

I am trying to get an effect where a line is extended from a point out in the direction of the mouse when clicked and continues until it hits the backdrop. i don't want it to look like its growing but more like it just appears and then fades away when you click

Well, you can use the Advanced Line Object in combination with fastloops to extend it or retract it depending on if it is overlapping something or not

yea sound good, im look for a shooting sort of effect so it should just be like a flash of a white line
