    Dice Based Movement (Isometric view)

Hey there guys, a friend of mine and myself are trying to develop a game that behaves exactly like a board game but with a few twists. Our main problem here is the movement of the pieces...the movement, as any board game, is based on the dice value, and the piece moves by themselves. The problem is I cannot figure out a way to make this work. I've tried Path Movement but that's a pre-determined path, this is my first time making something like this and I have no experience on the matter. I need a way find out the position of the current piece and make it move the same number of panels as the dice shows from that position. if only there was a way to move to the next node using the Path Movement I could loop the movement action with fast loops the same amount of times as the dice. I've tried many things but to no avail. To get a more clearer understanding of how this is, think of how Monopoly Video Games work, the only thing is that this one is isometric, and maybe that complicates things a little?

Is there anyway you can help? Thank you very much in advance!

I've tried it, but I never used to before. Is there a nice tutorial that can give me good in sight on it? can you name the nods? I've tried using it but failed miserably -__- as I never had to use path based movements before. Thank you so much for the reply!

There are some good examples for it in the examples folder, as with pretty much 80% of the extensions there are.
