Music or sound transition frame control

I been playing with the options half the night and just can't seem to figure this out. I even tried to find samples and no luck.
I was wondering if there is any way to have your music play from one frame to the next and continue and not start over. Then be able to have it shut off when it goes to a certain frame.

In the applications' properties "Play sounds over frames" must be checked.

Yeah, but can you have it shut off at a certain time? I don't want it through the whole game.

Yes, just "Stop a specific sample" in the events.
