Slow down Repeat

With the condition Repeat while "Space Bar" is pressed, a bullet is fired at a speed of 100, that's ok, but how can I change the speed of the bullet firing?

in the event editor, right click you bullet object, then shoot at object. from here just pick the bullet object from the list, and on the next window there should be an option asking you what speed you want it to shoot at.

Not quite as I meant, The speed when it has been fired is ok but I'd like to change the "producing" speed of the bullets.

Add the condition from the "Special Obejct -> Limit Conditions -> Restrict actions" and you can restrict the event from running more often than you want.
