    object placement

Hey, Something really annoying. When i place an object in TGF1, When i right click, it will allow me to place the object again, without having to frag it out of the object list, how do i do this is MMF2? I use a bunch of 32x32 tiles and its annoying to have to place them one-by one or use the duplicate function (overlapping issues)

Ctrl + drag the object to copy it. That will be a duplicate though (another instance of the same object) - not sure if that's what you wanted to achieve. It's been ages since I used TGF1!

Sadly that does not work. it only creates more objects... I wish to only use one instance of the object yet have it around a large area :/ CTRL drag didn't work either. it placed 1 object and i had to go drag it out again.

With 32x32 tiles, I'd just enable the grid snapping (see the Grid Setup toolbar item) and ctrl + drag to duplicate a tile to another cell. You could also select more than one and Ctrl + C/Ctrl + V.

Select as many obejcts as you like, and Control-Drag them to duplicate them.

You can just right click on the object, select Duplicate and a menu thingy appears. Rows are down and columns are across (to the right) just type in the quantities you need! They will be instances of the same object. Select Clone for new objects.
