    Is it possible for shading in MMF?

    Not sure if this would go in the HWA section or this one, but...

    Is it possible to give simple lighting values or some kind of pixel shading to objects and backgrounds in MMF? Even something as simple as how Doom did it. Without using, say, black shaded overlay objects for everything in a frame? I could see that causing major slowdown...
