Custom Calender?

I would like to know if anyone has made a custom calender or if it is even possible?

What I want to do is have a calender with editable tags by every date maybe even some graphics.

I tried to use the data from the calender object but cant get the right data from it.Like first day of this month = Sunday; month has 31,30 days.

Any Ideas?

Good luck with this one. I've faced that a couple of years ago when trying to write an application. The calender object didn't even exist then. I resorted to an ActiveX control. Wasn't perfect or elegant but functional.
