    Most of the computers do have a middle mouse button, especially if they are used to playing games. The best idea would be to have customizable controls in the game / application settings, so even those people without a middle mouse button can play the game

    Ba Humbug the middle of the mouse. I recommend not designing any game that has to do with the middle of the mouse. IMHO of course.

    Heh, what a debate that can emerge when somebody asks for detecting a middle click. If a middle click shouldn't be used, the button shouldn't have existed in the first place. Perhaps he wants to take advantage of it, but also offer an alternative button for those that doesn't have it?

    Also, MMF2 have working support for detecting middle clicks. Just insert a "user clicks" condition.

    My original intention was to make the game entirely controlled by the mouse. I understand the risk of using the Middle Mouse button, so I was planning to also map at least one other key for the same functionality. Which may I remind you was to alternate between three images. What's important to note is that the images I want to alternate are active objects that scroll in the background. I still haven't figured it out.
