    Help with an event

Hi guys. I've got a big problem i can't manage to solve. My main character has a bullet counter, so when it reaches zero, he shouldn't fire anymore. The thing is that I can't seem to somehow "block" the shooting animation from happening when the bullet limit reaches zero. I've uploaded an example with just what i have explained. Thank you very much.

First of all, you don't need a separate object for the shooting animation. All animations can bee in the same object. If you run out of animations you can right click in the list and make a new one.

Second, just add a condition Bullet Count > 0 to anything related to shooting...

I took a look at your file, and fixed a few things so that the shooting would work better. The character will now no longer shoot when she is out of ammo, and I also changed your bullet counter to use directions instead of animations (this gets rid of those 10 events you needed to change the counter).

    Here's the file: View MFA

    Hope that helps.
