Flash And HWA SDK's?

I know some devs are currently making flash objects so i am guessing this is closed to clickteam and trusted devs only. I know there is now other apps that copycat MMF's ideas so it is understandable clickteam don't want to post it for all to download. I am just wondering though will it always remain this way?

I mainly want to use AS3 actionscript and pixelbender effects with that though because i can code it ok but there is no way to use it yet. So if the SDK is never released i hope someone will make a AS3 coding object similar to XLua or .net etc.

I am also wondering about the HWA SDK, i think i read this would get released at some point but there has been no news of this. Will it ever be released so you could have real-time HLSL coding, effect baking/rendering and similar options in objects?

There's one coming after build 250.
