    SubApps

    I've long ago had the same problem where the sub app would freeze the game and not appear. Then one day it went away. God knows why...

    Now it's back. I didn't even rebuild. It's the exact same swf that has been working for months. In fact, I have reason to believe it broke within days of now.

    I'd just like Clickteam to be aware of this and look into the programming of sub apps or something, because this is uncontrollable and is VERY annoying.

    Do you use extensions in your subapp that are not included in the main app? It should work but who knows, there might be a bug there.

    The subapps are to frames in the current application, and I did put the extensions used in those frames into the first frame.

    Still freezes - would you like a mfa?

    I also noticed a freeze of Sub apps some time ago. Francois examined my code and noticed that you must not use sounds in the Sub app frame. He also mentioned it will be fixed in the next update. Maybe that's your problem, too? After all no one would expect such a behaviour when playing a sample.
