    [BUG] Destroying strings and having them reappear

    If you have a string object that is hidden on start, and it is destroyed, any "Reappear" action will still make it reappear. In fact, it isn't really destroyed as it still stores it in the object count.

    It works like this by design, I don't remember the exact reason but string objects placed in the frame editor will not be removed when the Destroy action is used.

    Maybe due to the way they tend to be handled as background?

    This is due to the project manager at the time we created K&P.
    He did not understand really the concept of objects. I fought with him so that we can destroy the string object, but he won at the end. The last string object on the scene is never destroyed. It is hidden.
