I want to make the Tumbling doll drop

When I push a part of the piled block, the above blocks are falling.

How should I do to make this move?

You may want to spend some time with Werbad's "Box2D" extension.

    What i'm saying so.

For returning to Box2D, it's an excellent 2D Physic Engine.

(and if i'm remember good, PhysX is nVidia PhysX engine system, no?)

PhysX is a physic programme for mmf2, I DO KNOW, I use it myself so do not say I'm wrong or it was a typo!

Re: I want to make the Tumbling doll drop

Here you go. It's the video tutorial for Phizix Chipmunk Extension in MMF (I think the person above meant to say Phizix): http://www.clickteam.com/website/tutorials/Multimedia_Fusion_2_-_Physics_Basic_shapes.wmv

I didn't actually watch it to see if it would answer your question, but I remembered seeing it while looking through the Tutorials, which are here: http://www.clickteam.com/website/usa/tutorials/
