    Re: Importing Transparent Graphics

Thanks...and I apologize for not clarifying I was using TGF2 in my original post...the TGF2 forums are basically dead, and I didn't want any confusion.

    Re: Importing Transparent Graphics

Also, I may add, there's a huge difference between an Alpha Channel and a Transparent Color. TGF2 supports transparent colors fine. I just wanted to make sure everyone was clear on that...

    Re: Importing Transparent Graphics

Is it fair to assume that MMF actually just creates an alpha channel from the transparent color you choose on import? I thought that was what was happening in the end anyway?

    Re: Importing Transparent Graphics

MMF2 imports the settings from the file. If I just choose to import a PNG and I don't bother the settings on the import dialog, it all imports correctly for me. If the image uses a transparent color, MMF2 uses a transparent color. If the image uses an alpha channel, MMF2 uses an alpha channel. I don't have to do anything special to get it to work correctly, so I wonder why other people do something extra and it does not work for them?
