MySQL base connection using SQL Serwer or ODBC

I need help
I want to do MySQL base connection using SQL Serwer or ODBC.

But i dont'know how to do it. All times when i try is failed.

I put right variables into the form.

Can someone do example or help me?

From i know..

MySQL Server != Microsoft SQLServer

Microsoft SQLServer != ODBC Server

ODBC Server != MySQL Server

Then you should use some tricks with an object which can access to the Internet, and, use a PHP gateway for contacting your MySQL database.
