[bug] add backdrop / paste background

when you paste to background or add backdrop, they are always pasted/added at ANGLE 0,
its quite annoying if you want a rotated object pasted.

does anyone know a workaround? cause im not holding my breath for this to be fixed - when quite simply it should have worked when MMF2 first introduced the angle stuff to the objects.

    Isn't this only in HWA?

EDIT: Nope, I just confirmed it in normal MMF2.

As for a workaround, you'll need to use active objects.

that IS the problem ricky. the active object angle is always pasted at angle Zero

and it is for both HWA and MMF2 versions.

Use directions with the active you want to paste instead of angle.

But then we're limited to only every 11.25 degrees... unless you mean using multiple animations' directions for every angle? And then HWA allows for 2 decimal places for a total of 36000 different possibilities!

Re: [bug] add backdrop / paste background

i title this thread with [bug] cause it is one. yeah, i can set directions and paste (which is somewhat of a work around), but as LB pointed out we're limited, and in the case i was hoping for, was a much finer result, ie; 360 angles normally.
