URL/Closing question.

Is there any way to open URL address all the time in the same Tab (not in a new one)

OR

To simulate ALT-F4 combination to close down Webbrowser after specific amount of time?

(I could walkover this one by simulating mouse movement and maximazing window and closing it by X but I would prefer to simulate the process).

Answer needed ASAP and I would be grateful for any help.

I tried Control X and Vitalize/URL objects.
