No MochiAds when using custom preloader

I've recently changed the standard flex preloaders in my games with a custom one I made in mmf. Now I notice that only 1 in 4 or 5 tries the MochiAd that is supposed to show up, shows.
Now this has been the reason for Mochi to deny Ads in my next game.

Is the only solution to get rid of my custom preloaders? I hope not, seeing that the standard flex preloader seems to scare of sponsors.

Did Mochi deny your game for advertising or for distribution? The second would make more sense, seeing as they add their own preloader complete with adverts to it...

It's normal for adverts not to show up if you keep refreshing a game - they should only be served to the same user once every so many times.

Re: No MochiAds when using custom preloader

The showing of ads was denied, because they couldn't see an ad when they played the game. So I went to check for myself, and I noticed the problem mentioned above.
I've re-exported the swf's from mmf again, this time without the preloader option checked, re-uploaded the games, and so far it all seems to go back to normal. I had to resubmit my last game, so the status there is now again 'approval pending'.

Has anyone who uses a custom preloader had the same issue, or is this just related to my games? I really like to know if I'm doing something wrong here. I never saw this happening to Gunzy untill I added a custom preloader.

Yes, but I couldn't assess whether that was the problem though. I then re-submitted a new build with my custom preloader and then they accepted it.

Maybe you got lucky with the 1 in 4 times when Mochi checked?

I've upped the game now with the ugly flex preloader, and it got accepted. I'm not gonna fiddle with the swf on Mochi anymore now, but I'll definitely check again with my next game when I up it to Mochi. (Not anytime soon, in a couple of weeks)
