Sub-Application not visible

I have a sub-application in my game, but it's not visible in the frame. I don't understand this. Can I please get some help?

On your subapplications properties, make sure the settings are correct.

Under the first tab, make sure that the subapplication links to the frame in the same game that you want it to. If its an external subapplication, make sure its been properly set up to work- it will be blank if it cannot load the file.
Under the second tab, check that "Visible on start" is activated
Under the third tab, check that its X/Y positions and width/height are proper
Under the fifth tab, check that "Create at start" is activated
Under the same fifth tab, you might want to turn off deactivate/destroy if too far from the frame, if this subapplication would for whatever reason not be on-frame at any given time (ie in a scrolling game).

The subapplication will not show up if you run the fram, you must run the application and navigate to the frame for it to show up.
