    Raycaster question!

    OK I hope this is the right thread. I have a few questions about the raycaster object. Understand I will be ordering the klikdisk, but as of right now I'm a starving student and the $$$ is all tapped out. So...

    1. Can you do stairways with this object?

    2. How big can the levels be? Without killing the frame rate.

    3.Can the wall be more complex then just a box? Like can you make curved walls or half walls?

    4.And I noticed in the Demo that some of the wall do not handle collision well (you jump through them at times) is this a coding issue or just raycaster itself?

    2. Level can be really big, it's the number of sprites that can cause slowdowns.

    3. No curved walls. Only single walls between tiles. Walls can have an offset though, so a "half wall" should possible.

    4. That would be my sloppy coding of the collision detection in that demo. x)
