    Snapshot of Sub-app. frame area.

    Hey everybody.

Basically what the title says. I am making this application which makes grids. I just needed grids to work on graphics for my game and since they were specific I decided to make a simple grid making app.that's pretty specific to the user settings.

The problem here is that to preview yer grid I am using a Sub-app. and to save it I would like to use a snapshot of ONLY the sub-app. frame area which contains only the grid. I have used the snapshot object but it's not working, although I am not so sure how to use it, so that must be my problem, maybe. I have also tried the surface object and active overlay, but again, never used those before so not sure how or if they are fit for this.

Please any help would be wonderful.

Thank you! I really don't know why this was not working for me, I'm pretty sure I did that... I will try it and see if it works. I think I was missing something...

    Thank you again!

Re: Snapshot of Sub-app. frame area.

Works great. Had to manually set the area cos for some reason it was always taking a 640x480 snap shot even though the sub app. was much smaller.

    Thanks!
