    License expired upon installation

Our school just started offering the Games Factory 2/Video Games Design Course this month. When I installed the first client copy in the lab. It came up expired upon the second execution of the program. According to the info our subscription should run for one year after the initial installation. The teacher is waiting on us. WHat do we need to do to resolve this?

ANy help that you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

Is this the version from goodheart wilcox?

If so send me an email on the contact clickteam page.

Or you can contact Goodheart themselves and they can supply you a new installer file.

    Re: License expired upon installation

Just for info, not sure if this is your case, when you install an expirable version of our products, you must not try to change the system date to see when it expires. Because the program will stop working even if you set the clock back.
